### WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A MAP MAIDS CLEANING?

Our cleaning services include detailed care of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common living areas. We dust, polish wood furniture, appliance exteriors, and vacuum and mop floors.
The exact scope depends on the service selected and your home’s needs. Extras, such as baseboards, blinds, doors, inside windows, inside fridge, inside oven, inside cabinets, and drawers are available for an additional price.

### DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING THE CLEANING?

No, you do not need to remain home during your cleaning. For your first appointment, we ask that you provide a brief tour so we can become familiar with your home and any areas that need special attention.
After the tour, you are welcome to stay or leave, whichever is most comfortable for you. However, when possible, we recommend allowing our team open access to the home. Our team members work throughout multiple rooms and floors at the same time rather than completing one area at a time. An open workspace allows us to maneuver efficiently and provide your home with the thorough detailing it deserves.

### HOW IS MY CLEANING QUOTE DETERMINED?

Our residential cleaning rates are based primarily on the square footage of your home. Your final quote may also reflect the type of service selected and any specialty services or Extras requested.

### HOW CAN I PREPARE MY HOME FOR A CLEANING SERVICE?

Please let us know about any areas that need special attention. If you would like your bed linens changed, simply leave the fresh sheets out for us. 
Your quote is based on the information provided when your cleaning is scheduled. If excessive clothing, toys, clutter, pet hair, dust, cobweb buildup, or other conditions require additional time and labor, an additional charge may apply. We will notify you of any price adjustment before we start. 

### HOW LONG WILL MY CLEANING TAKE?

MAP Maids provides custom home detailing, we don’t just clean, we detail. Please plan for a minimum of five hours to properly detail your home. The cleaning may take longer depending on the size and condition of the home and the services requested. Because every home is different, completion times may vary.

### WILL MY CLEANING TEAM ARRIVE AT THE EXACT SCHEDULED TIME?

Please allow up to a one-hour arrival window after your scheduled appointment time. Traffic, previous appointments, and other unexpected circumstances may occasionally affect our arrival. We appreciate your understanding and will contact you if we expect a delay beyond that window.

### WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY DOG DURING THE CLEANING?

 We love your doggies! For their comfort and safety and to allow our team to work efficiently, please keep dogs in a comfortable, secure area away from the rooms being cleaned.
