No, you do not need to remain home during your cleaning. For your first appointment, we ask that you provide a brief tour so we can become familiar with your home and any areas that need special attention. After the tour, you are welcome to stay or leave, whichever is most comfortable for you. However, when possible, we recommend allowing our team open access to the home. Our team members work throughout multiple rooms and floors at the same time rather than completing one area at a time. An open workspace allows us to maneuver efficiently and provide your home with the thorough detailing it deserves. ### HOW IS MY CLEANING QUOTE DETERMINED? Our residential cleaning rates are based primarily on the square footage of your home.
