Post-Construction Detail Cleaning

A Thoughtful Final Clean for Your Newly Built or Renovated Space

Once construction or renovation is complete and all contractors, subcontractors, and vendors have finished working in the space, MAP Maids can come in for the final cleaning. We focus on settled dust and agreed-upon areas such as counters, cabinet fronts, doors, trim, fixtures, bathrooms, and floors. Each cleaning plan is tailored to the property and the work completed.

Every project is different, so the scope and quote are based on the size and condition of the space. The area must be safe and ready for cleaning before service begins.

Ideal For

  • Newly built homes needing a final detail clean

  • Homes after remodeling or renovation

  • Property owners preparing a space for occupancy

  • Contractors or property managers seeking a custom cleaning quote

How It Works

Share Project Details: Tell us about the property, the work completed, and your timeline.

Review the Scope: We discuss the space and cleaning needs, then provide a custom quote.

Schedule Final Clean: Cleaning is scheduled after renovation work is complete and all contractors, subcontractors, and vendors have finished working in the space.
